I have tried a relaxation program: bodybalance – a mix of yoga and tai-chi. I know, you are going to ask me what is tai-chi 🙂 Don’t think I know much about it, but just a simple Google search and I find out that tai-chi is a martial art form which is revitalizing you, calms you (oh, I DO need this part so so much) and helps your blood circulation (mine is anyway crazy since I always have cold feet).
